DEMONSTRATION OF THE TECHNOLOGY OF SEPARATE STARCH FROM PUS BY SEPA TECH MACHINE

On November 17th, 2017, Tay Ninh Industrial Development Consulting and Industry Promotion Center deployed the conference to introduce the technology of separate starch from pus by Separation machine technology.

Mr. Le Thanh Cong – Director of Department of Industry and Trade chaired the conference. The conference was attended by representatives of Industrial Development Consulting and Industry Promotion Center of Dong Nai, Kien Giang, Binh Duong, Long An and more than 40 enterprises inside and outside of Tay Ninh province.

Delegates Visited The Technology To Separate Starch From Pus By Sepa Machine At Branch No.8 Of Hung Duy Co.,Ltd – Tapioca Starch Factory

In 2017, the national industrial promotion project of Branch No.8 of Hung Duy Co.,Ltd was approved by the Ministry of Industry and Trade which was supported to make a demonstration model of the technology of separating latex by Separation machine in Chau Thanh district. Now, the project is being done.

Making of model and procurement of machinery and equipment project with a cost of 500 million VND, of which 470 million VND is supported for the branch of the company that purchases Separation machine to separate starch from latex with ALFA LAVAL series model TX-712B -34CH from Sweden; the production capacity reaches 150 tons of starch/ day (45.000 tons/year) and 30 tons of dried cassava residue/ day.

Separation machine technology goes through 9 stages: receiving fresh wheat roots; separation of impurities, wood shell and peeled silk; wash, clean; mince and crush the tubers; centrifugal separating residues; recovery of raw starch from liquid separation stage; recovery of starches; starch products; pack.

Using a Separation – tech machine to separate starch from latex will reduce the risk of losing latex failure when baume output is too high; ensure stable quality of starch, because the wash water flow is automatically adjusted according to the settings. The machine is easy to use, low operating and maintenance costs.

Centrifuge model TX-712B-34Ch is compact design, high latex extraction performance. The power consumption of the machine is about 50% lower than other types of centrifuges on the market today, which helps reduce the cost of electricity for concentrating and washing the starch in the starch processing plants.

Mr. Le Thanh Cong – Director of Tay Ninh Department of Industry and Trade said that the demonstration project in Chau Thanh district is one of 18 industrial promotion projects approved by the Ministry of Industry and Trade and the Provincial People’s Committee to support and create conditions for enterprises and production facilities in development of investment, transfer technology and apply advanced machines to industrial and handicraft production, apply cleaner production to reduce costs and increase competitiveness of products of enterprise in the integration period.
