On the morning of 3rd October 2020, Hung Duy Medical Joint Stock Company held the inauguration ceremony of Hong Hung General Hospital. Mr. Vo Van Phuong – Member of the Party Central Committee, Deputy Head of the Central Propaganda Department of the Communist Party of Viet Nam; Mr. Tran Luu Quang-Member of the Party Central Committee, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Ho Chi Minh City Party Committee; Mr. Nguyen Manh Tien – Vice Chairman of the National Assembly’s Committee on Foreign Affairs attended. The representative of the Ministry of Health was Assoc. Prof. Dr. Luong Ngoc Khue – Director of the Ministry of Health’s Department of Medical Examination and Treatment.
Attending the inauguration ceremony, the representative of Tay Ninh provincial leadership were Mr. Nguyen Thanh Tam – Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People’s Council; Mr. Nguyen Thanh Ngoc-Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People’s Committee with members of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee, former leaders of the province through periods; leaders of departments, agencies of province, districts, towns and cities in the area. In addition, the inauguration ceremony of Hong Hung General Hospital was also attended by leaders of Cho Ray Hospital and Children’s Hospital of Ho Chi Minh City.
Doctor Phan Chau Minh Tuan – General Director of Hong Hung General Hospital said that the hospital area is located in Hiep Long Quarter, Hiep Tan Ward, Hoa Thanh Town. It was started in April 2018. After more than 2 years of urgent construction, Hong Hung General Hospital has been completing phase 1 and inaugurated, put into operation with a total investment of 450 billion VND, with more than 300 sickbeds. The hospital offically has put into operation phase 1 since October 10, 2020.
In particular, Hong Hung General Hospital was designed and built with a density of trees accounting for 39% of the total construction area of more than 43,000 m², which is a harmonious combination of flora and natural light, green space, airy, close to nature. Besides that, with diverse and quality services, the Hospital will meet and satisfy customers’ needs.

This project is considered a meaningful gift that Health gives to the 11th Provincial Party Congress, term 2020-2025.
Hong Hung General Hospital project meets the criteria of a class 3 hospital according to the standards of the Ministry of Health with other projects, especially the Go Dau Xuyen A General Hospital project has been making an important contribution to improving the quality of life and the proficiency of the health sector in the province, contributing to providing more and more diversified high-quality utility services in people’s health care as well as creating a highlight of architecture and landscape for the urban area of Hoa Thanh town- picture of a young, dynamic and growing town.
The Chairman of the Provincial People’s Committee emphasized that the diversified formation of the private health system and the increasingly strengthened and enhanced of public health system have contributed to promoting the development of the quality of the national health sector in general, and of the province in particular, especially contributed to the successful implementation of the health targets set out by the Resolution of the 10th Provincial Party Congress.

Giving the decision to grant the operation license of the Ministry of Health to Hong Hung General Hospital, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Luong Ngoc Khue – Director of the Ministry of Health’s Department of Medical Examination and Treatment – Ministry of Health believed and hoped that the hospital would become a become a reliable medical examination and treatment place for not only Tay Ninh people, but also people in neighboring provinces, especially Cambodian.
