On January 06 – 07, 2016, at Sunrise Event – Conference – Wedding Center, employees of Hung Duy Co., Cana Commercial & Entertainment Center and Cao Van Chi Private General Hospital, together had such meaningful moments participating in the Middle Manager & Leader Mindset Training Course (Changing Management & Leadership Model) by Expert Loan Van Son, the Chief Consultant and Chairman of the Board of Directors of TOPPION Training & Implement Consulting Group – a leading organization in applying the unique training model MTC – Result® in Vietnam.
The course gave experiences and practices that applied NLP (Neuro-linguistic programming) and Coaching in order to Change methods – Build leadership style – Towards building an outstanding leader.
The training course brought students a lot of good laughs after a period of working hard and struggling with all the worries of life; but also brought many tears through the psychological experiments when they had the opportunity to look at their past and present selves.
Everyone did have a really meaningful time bonding with colleagues, igniting the fire of enthusiasm & perfecting themselves with the knowledge & skills to become a Leader with enough Talents and a Heart.
Celebrating the 21st milestone of Hung Duy Co. and preparing for the upcoming journey and improving leadership qualities from the “core forces” of the company, after 2 days of participating in the Training course, each individual – had some time to calm down, sum up & feel the responsibility to their family, to the company, and then strive for the stable development of Hung Duy Co. to develop further in the future.
